01 Interpretations and Definitions

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the 918kias website, mobile app, and all related services provided.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account at 918kias.
• "Betting" refers to any funds wagered in any game or betting activity on the platform.
• "Bonus" refers to free credits, promotional offers, or other rewards granted by the platform to members.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required to process withdrawals.
• "Withdrawable Funds" refers to the real money balance in an account that fully meets withdrawal requirements.

02 Account Registration Eligibility

To register and use the 918kias platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

2. Registering voluntarily and not under pressure from any party.

03 Deposits and Payment Methods

918kias accepts deposits via a variety of supported payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay and direct bank transfers through major Malaysian banks. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) with no currency conversion fees.

Deposit-related conditions:

• The minimum deposit is MYR 30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• All deposited funds must come from a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name.

04 Fund Withdrawal

Winnings may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be fully completed before your first withdrawal is processed. Required documents include a photo of your ID card and proof of current address.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as your 918kias account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50 per request.
• Any active bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements will be automatically forfeited when a withdrawal request is made, unless the wagering requirements have been fully fulfilled.

Withdrawal processing time depends on your VIP level: Standard (24 hours), Gold (4 hours), Platinum (2 hours), and Diamond (30 minutes). 05 Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

The 918kias VIP Program uses a lifetime cumulative deposit system. VIP program eligibility, benefits, and conditions may change from time to time. 06 User Conduct and Prohibitions

918kias users agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or other technical methods to play automatically.
• Sharing your account or granting account access to another person.
• Registering multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using another person's identity.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the game system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Abusing promotions or exploiting loopholes in the bonus system.
• Posting or distributing content that is offensive, threatening, or unlawful.

Any violation of the above prohibitions may result in the following actions by 918kias: an official warning, temporary account suspension, permanent account termination, forfeiture of existing balance and bonuses, and a report to the relevant authorities where required by law.

07 Account Security and User Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your account. This includes:

• Keep your account password secure and do not share it with anyone.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security.
• Report to customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Ensure that the device you use to access the platform is free from malware or keyloggers.

918kias will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's own negligence in maintaining the security of their account. However, in the event of a confirmed account breach that is promptly reported, 918kias will investigate and take appropriate action, including freezing the account for the duration of the investigation.

08 Responsible Gaming

918kias will not be held liable for:

• Any damage to the user's device resulting from normal use of our app or website.

918kias's maximum liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount of active deposits held in the user's account at the time of the incident.

12 Amendments to Terms and Conditions

918kias reserves the right to modify, add or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via:

• Notices displayed at the top of this Terms and Conditions page.
• Email notification to the registered address (for significant changes).

Continued use of the platform after a change notice has been issued is considered acceptance of the amended terms. If you disagree with any changes made, you have the right to close your account at any time. All term changes will include a clear effective date.
